We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit incorporated in Michigan.
We are a service organization dedicated to providing friendship
to those sixty and older.
We also provide a core group of services to the elderly, free
of charge. They include transportation to and from the doctor,
firewood cutting, check cashing, visiting, advocacy with
government agencies, parties to observe birthdays, social
activities for the homeboud, and parties on Thanksgiving,
Christmas, and Easter Days.
We are funded privately, mostly by small donations through
a mailing list.
Linux has saved us bundles of money. We use the Infomagic
Workgroup Server.
