Promote the welfare of all cats. Encourage responsible pet ownership. Offer community educational presentations. Participate in Pet-Assisted therapy programs. Provide referral services, primarily regarding the purchasing of various breeds of cats. Keep abreast of changes and developments of interest to cat fanciers. Serve as a source of general information. Support the Edmonton S.P.C.A. Support the Companion Animal Health Fund - research branch of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Univ. of Saskatchewan.
