Rolling out PVC into foil, in 4000 colours, we are an
intermediate manufacturer, employing 120 people on one site. We used
Linux initially as a WAN router during a year in which we had another
siter in Croydon, using dial-on-demand ISDN which proved utterly reliable,
as fast and cheaper than leased-line. The Croydon server clocked up 207
days uptime once. We now have all public Windoze files under Samba and
Sqid provides internet connectivity by ISDN.
