- Why not just use orgchart data in the ERP system?
- ERP systems can house the orgchart, but the problem is data, which is often missing or incomplete/inaccurate.
- Why not have a small team manually enter it all?
- It takes too long, and by when they finish there will already be lots of holes in the data they entered.
