Cancellation policy
- Registered students may cancel up to 10 working days before course starts without penalty.
- Cancellations received within 10 working days of course starting up, and before 5pm on the Friday before the start of the course, will be assessed a penalty equal to 25% of list price.
- No-shows will be charged for the full price of course. No-shows can re-book the course at 25% off the list price provided the course is taken within one year of the original scheduled course.
