Definition of Access Change Authorization Workflow

Administrative changes to the user directory may require authorization from appropriate people in the organization.

An access change authorization workflow system is used to:

  1. Identify the people whose authorization is required to make a change
  2. Ask those authorizers to approve a change request
  3. Accept feedback from those authorizers, and
  4. Either trigger an automated action or report on the results of the authorization process
