Position summary:
Hitachi ID is experiencing high demand for its innovative identity management solutions. Hitachi ID is looking for full time solution delivery professionals assisting customers with managing deployment projects for its software products.
Qualifications:
A successful candidate must have the following:
- Understanding of the software development and deployment process
- Understanding of project management and business process
- Interest in starting a career in project management
- Some experience in coordination, management and/or leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high energy, and ability to work in a dynamic team
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Preference granted to candidates who hold a Bachelor degree in related areas from an accredited university or college
- An understanding of network technology, web based applications, in both Unix and Windows networks is an asset

Selection process:
The selection process for a successful candidate is as follows:
Step 1: Selected applicants undergo a 20 minute phone interview. Step 2: Successful candidates will write a 120 minute Project Management test, on-site, at the Hitachi ID office in Montreal. Step 3: Depending on the test results, the selected candidates will undergo in-person interviews at the Hitachi ID office in Montreal. Step 4: A final candidate will be chosen for the position and contacted.
