The Gig

You will be working closely as part of an integrated team assisting our customers (IT administrators) with our software. you will be doing high-level support remotely via telephone and e-mail. As the nature of the problems encountered are challenging to resolve, you can expect to handle between 2-6 contacts per day with an emphasis on quality - not quantity. Hooray!

What you need

Have 3+ years of full-time experience.
Degree from accredited university or college in related field.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Be familiar with Windows NT, 2000, 2003 and UNIX server administration.
Have experience with deploying web applications.
Have familiarity with IIS and/or Apache, Active Directory and at least one SQL-based DBMS server.
Understand TCP/IP networking, HTTP(S) and HTML.
Be curious, adaptable and have a passion for learning.
Be a team player.
Be willing to travel.
